How to do Key Exchange on Your NET POS Terminal
We know sometimes you might face some issues with your NET POS terminals, a key exchange will most likely clear all errors on the POS terminal for you. A key exchange is like the factory reset of the terminal.
Below is a step by step guide on how to do Key Exchange on your NET POS Terminal.
Ensure your POS has internet connectivity else key exchange will fail.
1. Step One, turn on your POS terminal and wait for it to load until it displays the home screen as shown below:
3. Click on the settings menu and you'll see that the first item is Key Exchange, Click it and you should see a successful message.
